Because of its unique “quick drying” water base technology and its easy brush on application, CrownCoat has become a favorite among chimney professionals. Like CrownSeal, CrownCoat is premixed and can be used wherever a long lasting waterproof membrane is needed.

Cold Weather CrownCoat is a brushable elastomeric coating that when cured, forms a flexible waterproof membrane designed to repair and protect chimney crowns from moisture intrusion. The unique Freeze-Cure™ technology in Cold Weather CrownCoat allows the product to cure naturally in above freezing temperatures or to undergo accelerated "freeze-curing" in below freezing temperatures down to -40° F .

Crownseal flexible waterproof coating
CrownSeal is a premixed, trowel grade, elastomeric coating that forms a flexible waterproof membrane to protect chimney crowns and more. It dries in about 6 hours and cures in about 24 hours to a natural concrete/mortar appearance. Use on chimney corbels, the tops of masonry and parapet walls, or wherever a flexible waterproof membrane is needed.

CrownSaver is our original crown repair product, developed in the early 80’s. It has been time tested and is still preferred by many sweeps. CrownSaver is a blend of polymer modified hydraulic cements and powdered water repellent.
